On the heels of relaunching our internship program as a paid program, we’re excited to now announce the launch of the Milkweed Fellowship, a paid, 1–2 year immersion program designed to offer a comprehensive experience in book publishing for individuals who may not otherwise have access or means to pursue a career in the industry.

Khaled Mattawa, judge of the Ballard Spahr Prize for Poetry, has selected Patrick Johnson to be recipient of the 2019 prize for his manuscript Gatekeeper.
