Driftless Wins WLA Outstanding Acheivement Award
Driftless by David RhodesThe Literary Awards Committee of the Readers’ Section of the Wisconsin Library Association recently honored David Rhodes with a 2009 Outstanding Achievement Award for his newest novel, Driftless, set in the fictional town of Words, Wisconsin. Rhodes and nine other Wisconsin writers were selected for the well-known award this year. A full announcement of the 2009 literary awards, including the RR Donnelley Literary Award, can be found on the WLA blog. Congratulations to David and to all winners! David Rhodes is also the celebrated author of novels Rock Island Line and The Easter House.
