various themes is the universal idea that life is the ultimate sport in
the testing of our bodies and in the celebration of the body's
language.

Ruth Roston is the author of I Live in the Watchmaker's Town (New Rivers Press). Her poems have appeared in a number of journals and anthologies, including Minnesota Writes: Poetry.
